WHAT CAN I EXPECT?

Well of Hope is a mission development congregation of the ELCA. Roughly 50 people worship together on Sunday mornings, both in-person and online. Our worship style is casual, but our liturgy is classically Lutheran. Our worship service usually lasts 45 minutes.

Welcome

All are welcome here.

Well of Hope was born out the desire to be a church that welcomes ALL people into full participation and leadership within the community. We value diversity and are made better by our differences. Our doors, our hearts and our communion table are open to any and all.

Service

We are the heart, hands, feet and voice of Jesus in the world.

We believe that it is important to put our faith into action.  Every month, Well of Hope engages in different service projects in our community. We also support the ongoing work of ministries such as the Help and Hope Center in Castle Rock, Outreach Uganda, and New Beginnings Prison Ministry.

Partnerships

We are the church, better together, and we value relationship.

Well of Hope works closely with partner congregations in the Castle Rock area to love and serve in this community. Together with Episcopal, Methodist and Presbyterian congregations, Well of Hope has participated in shared events such "Ashes to Go", "Blessing of the Pets", Castle Rock PRIDE, and Interfaith Community services. We believe that together we can go further towards building a more loving world.

Intimate Community

We support and help each other.

Because Well of Hope is smaller community it is easier to get to know one another on deeper levels.  We support and help each other.  We laugh, cry, pray, celebrate, and work together.  In this community, you can be known and get to know others in a way that enhances both life and faith.
