Intergenerational Community
We value, welcome and enjoy children and youth at Well of Hope.
The kids and youth in our community have an abundance of surrogate grandparents and honorary aunts and uncles who love and care for them.

Worship
We practice "free range kids."
We know that kids need to be able to engage worship in their own way. To this end, we practice "free range kids" at Well of Hope. Children are invited to be themselves during worship, to move around, and explore as they and their families feel comfortable.
We also offer Children's Church on Sunday mornings with our partners at New Hope Presbyterian. Parents are welcome to bring their children (newborn to 6th grade) to children's church at 9:30 at New Hope and then join us for worship at 10:00. Children rejoin us for communion and dismissal at 10:30. This gives parents some time, kids age appropriate worship with their peers, and all of our community to come together for communion every week.
Middle School and High School
Youth ministry is an important part of faith formation for young people.
Our middle and high school youth meet once or twice a month for faith formation, fellowship, and fun activities.
We explore our faith together. Part of the way we do this is in partnership with New Hope Presbyterian. Together we explore our faith on mission trips, retreats, and Wednesday night Youth Group.

CHILDREN & YOUTH MINISTRIES
We know that children and youth are an integral and precious part of the body of Christ, and we invite them into the life of our congregation. Children and youth of all ages often help during worship as readers, communion assistants, and ushers. Young people are welcomed into every aspect of our life together, including our communion table.
