Last Sunday's Sermon:
October 4: The Trap of Grace
Jesus is laying a parabolic trap for the religious leaders, leading them to judge harshly, only for Jesus to turn the trap back on them and expose their humanity and need for grace. The cornerstone that the builders reject is a grace so frustrating that it can sometimes make us uncomfortable to accept. The glory of the cross is that we no longer need to pretend that we are perfect or try to hide our secrets. Instead, we get to confess that we are vulnerable humans; full of beauty and potential, but humans. Faith begins by letting go.
Please join us for our worship service on Sundays at 10:00 am.
